I got my start in real estate selling newly constructed homes for a builder. I have since grown my business to represent every type of client there is - first time home buyers, investors, down-sizers, business owners, and more.
I also have experience being a landlord, flipping houses, and more recently, completing an extensive remodel on my personal home (having an interior designer for a wife came in pretty handy). Real estate is a passion for me, not just a hobby.
I have a BA in Philosophy which instilled in me an analytical way of thinking. This skill is particularly helpful in safeguarding my client's best interests through the writing and interpreting of contracts, in addition to assessing market trends, and home valuations.
As a member of "1% For The Planet" I pledge 1% of my gross income to support environmental causes.
A little background on me. My roots are in the East coast, but my love of the mountains quickly drew me West. I grew up in Annapolis, Maryland and went to school at Elon University in North Carolina. After college I immersed myself in the Natural Foods industry which took me to California and Colorado. Through all of my travels, I can safely say that I can't think of a better place to hang my hat than SW Montana. My wife and I love to explore the amazing Montana landscape with our son Graham, daughter Stevie, and our long-haired dachshund, Zeus. I'm also an avid cyclist, whitewater kayaker, skier, and musician.
